We stand behind all our products! Whether you bought it on Beefurni.com or other retailer stores, in case of the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect we will replace your items free of charge within 1-year of your purchase. In case you would like to replace it, we’ll require either an invoice, order number or any other information of purchase, and you will be asked for at least a photo of the damaged issues. In the case that the item you purchased is not available, we will replace it with a product of comparable features which is informed you in advance.
 

 

To process your warranty, kindly contact our customer service team at support@beefurni.com. Please make sure you include: ORDER NUMBER – DESCRIBE YOUR PROBLEM. Please allow us from 1 to 2 weeks to arrange your replacement. If possible, please kindly don’t return us defective items.

 

Warranty Limitations

The following issues are not covered under any of these warranties:

  1. Damage due to exposing items to extremely high temperatures or open flames.
  2. Damage due to intentional or accidental acts.
  3. Damage due to un-follow our attached Instructions in each package.
  4. Normal wear and tear
